Laser welding will heat the surface by laser radiation, and the surface of the workpiece will be guided by heat transfer to internal diffusion, so as to complete the welding process.


Laser welding can process multiple beams while decomposing light. Flexible machining on the surface close to the workpiece has flexibility in the machining process, which provides convenient conditions for the welding process. Stainless steel thermos cup is mainly made of stainless steel 304, which not only ensures safe production, but also has high requirements for products. Laser welding can well meet this requirement, and it is simple to operate and easy to use. Other welding methods will be time-consuming, labor-consuming and consumables in parts that are difficult to weld. However, laser welding technology can improve work efficiency and ensure product quality.
